Please note there is a minimum 48-hour lead time for booking. This allows us time to review and ensure the best experience possible.
-Sending your booking request DOES NOT guarantee your reservation. You must receive an additional confirmation email approving your request. This is because staff must verify you have completed all necessary waivers, online orientations, and safety seminars outlined for the equipment.
-If the Glowforge gives you an error message, do not attempt to fix it or clean it beyond turning it off and on again. Please notify staff and they will take care of it.
