Our Stories: Mysteries of the Navajo Rug (Recorded Program) Online

Arizona State University’s Dr. Eduardo Pagán shares the fascinating history of Navajo weaving in Arizona, through the story of a rare and unique rug. During the presentation, he also discusses and shows a portion of an episode from PBS's History Detectives television series, which featured this rug, and of which he was co-host from 2008-2013. Dr. Pagán is the Bob Stump Endowed Professor of History in the School of Humanities, Arts and Cultural Studies. Our Stories is a local history series presented each month by the Chandler Public Library and the Chandler Museum. Running time is 57 minutes. This presentation will be available until Tuesday May 11, 2021.
