Community Sustainability Forums: Feeling Disconnected? Strategies for Staying With Friends and Family During a Pandemic ONLINE Online
Our communities face unprecedented challenges now and in the future. Fortunately, scientists at Arizona State University are dedicated to developing innovative solutions to the problems we encounter everyday.
And you can help too! Join us every Wednesday in February from 4:00-5:30 PM, as part of the ASU Sustainability Solutions Festival, for engaging and inspiring community forums exploring how we can all take action to build a bright future. Each one-hour forum will include a short presentation introducing the topic of the week, followed by facilitated discussions and other activities designed for you to make new friends in your community, learn from your neighbors and share your expertise. Together, we can make the world a better place.
Today's Topic: In the year since COVID-19 emerged, we’re all longing for contact with the important people in our lives. In this session, we’ll work together to uncover new ways to stay connected despite the pandemic.
Resilient Communities: Libraries Respond to Climate Change is a pilot program of the American Library Association.
