Let's Talk: Ending the Silence - Talking About Mental Health

Let's Talk: Ending the Silence - Talking About Mental Health In-Person

Learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms. This presentation will also cover families with middle or high school aged youth. You will learn about warning signs, facts and statistics, how to talk with your child, and how to work with school staff. Audience members can ask questions and gain understanding of an often-misunderstood topic. Through dialogue, we can help grow the movement to end stigma.

In "Let's Talk" programs, learn about and openly discuss important issues that are impacting us and our communities. With more knowledge, we can end stigma and become a stronger source of support and understanding for those around us. These programs are facilitated and led by trained community partners that have a goal of helping people. All are welcome.
