Chair Yoga

Wishing you could enjoy the benefits of yoga without all that floor work? We've got the class for you! Join us for 3 weekly sessions of Chair Yoga. Each session will feature 1 hour of yoga stretches done entirely while seated in a chair. Suitable for those with limited mobility or who can not easily move between standing and the floor, but who want the benefits of yoga including: muscle pain relief, stress reduction, improved breathing habits and sense of well being. This free series of 3 classes (October 13th, October 20th and October 27th) will be taught by instructor Lesley Poteet, MA, LMT.  No registration is required - just bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and take a seat! : )
