STEAM CLUB with Lakeshore Learning Group In-Person

Join us for STEAM fun as we explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through hands-on activities. 

This month Lakeshore Learning Group is back with even more fun and exciting activities to share.

The Three Little Pigs Problem Solving Kit: Kids engineer a happy fairy tale ending—as they design a house that can’t be blown down! Our kit helps children discover the STEM in one of their favorite fairy tales—and naturally inspires them to explore a challenging situation until they find a solution!

I can Build IT! Architecture Set: Young architects learn about spatial reasoning and building in three dimensions as they construct one realistic house after another! Children just follow the prompts on our activity cards—slotting together plastic walls, floors and roofs to create 10 different houses even professionals would be proud of. With every house they complete, kids develop essential STEM skills and spatial awareness.

Shake & Reveal Science cards: What grows from a seed? What bug becomes a butterfly? Kids discover the answers to these questions & more—all just by shaking our ingenious science cards! Kids read the question at the top of a card…slide the card into the window box…give it a shake…then watch in amazement as the permanently enclosed magnetic shavings complete the illustration to reveal the answer!
